I have attempted to transcribe rather than simply minute much of the discussion surrounding the motions to change the Constitution because I felt it important that those who were not at the meeting would thereby get a better flavour of what went on.
Please check:
 Attendance / Apologies lists. Despite many requests some people did not sign the attendance sheets and some who did wrote in a language and or script strange to
me.
 For obvious errors in spelling, grammar, etc..
 Names of speakers – several were not known to me and I may have misinterpreted what they said in their introduction.
 For issues of accuracy of my interpretation of what was said. Some speakers were indistinct on the recordings – if it was you let me know what you think you said.
