A new website for the Morris Ring has now been competed and was launched on 26 November 2011.
The website was built during September to November, with a good deal of the key content transferred from the original site. The remaining pages and other content will be transferred during the coming months, by a small team of volunteer editors from the member clubs. All the content of the original website has been catalogued and prioritised for transfer.
Transfer of content
With such a large volume of content being transferred, it's possible that some errors have crept in. It is also likely that some of the links to external websites are no longer functional. To help identify and correct any such errors, we value your input. If you spot anything that doesn't work correctly or appears to be wrong (compared to the old website), then please send your comments using this feedback form.
Can't find something?
If you are looking for something from the original website, but can't find it on the new one, please don't report that as we already have it in hand. You can still see the original website, marked as potentially out of date, in the legacy area.
Content Management
The new editors will (once trained) help with the transfer of old content. Some of these editors will continue to have a role in keeping the website up to date, and will be assigned areas of responsibility accordingly.
