  The meeting will be based in the historic village of Wrotham in
  North Kent. Wrotham is close to the junction of the M20 and M26
  and has good public transport links via Borough Green or
  Meopham Stations and a hourly bus service in each direction.
  The weekend is centred on St George’s Hall where all the
  meals will be served.\n\n

  ACCOMMODATION   \n\n
  				Indoor camping is provided in the Cricket Pavilion. This is
  a new building with two halls\, separate officials suite and 3
  sets of showers some 250yds from St George’s Hall. This will
  allow us to provide the choice of a quiet room and separate
  accommodation for women  There are several hotels and B&Bs in
  the area for those who prefer a proper bed and attend the ARM
  as Saturday Delegates. We can set up group bookings if required
  (please contact us)\, but you will have to book directly with
  the Hotel etc. There will be secure outdoor camping in the
  school grounds. There is on-street parking in the quiet roads
  near the Hall.\n\n
  				All the Meetings and Dance Workshops will be in the St
  George's Primary School some 350yds from St George’s Hall.\n\n
  				The Musicians Workshops will be held in St George’s Hall.\n\n
  				There are 3 Real Ale pubs in Wrotham village all within a
  few minutes walk of each other\, where delegates can socialise
  on Friday and Saturday evenings. One suited for singing (our
  spiritual home)\, one for musical sessions and the other a
  quieter Inn. Beer will also be on sale in the Hall throughout
  the weekend\,\n\n

  PROGRAMME\n\n
  				Friday:\n\n
  				18.30 –       ARM Reception opens\n\n
  				19.00 –       The Bar opens for an informal evening
  with the opportunity for informal dancing in the Hall\,
  visiting local pubs for singing\, music and chat.\n\n
  				19.30 –   21.00    Hot supper will be provided. With
  leftovers available for late comers.\n\n
  				Saturday:\n\n
  				08.00 –  09.00     Full English Breakfast at St
  George's Hall\n\n
  				09.15 –  10.45     Presentation and Workshop:
  Cotswold & Sword at the School and Music at the Hall\n\n
  				10.45 –  11.15     Coffee / Tea at School\n\n
  				11.15 –  12.00     Area Meetings\n\n
  				12.30 –  13.30     Buffet Lunch at St George's hall\n\n
  				13.45 –  15.45     Annual Representatives Meeting\,
  including the election of the next Squire of the Morris Ring\n\n
  				15.45 –  16.15     Tea / Coffee and Cake at school
  and general discussion about the future of instructionals
  chaired by Mac McCoig.\n\n
  				16.30 –  18.00     Workshop: Molly dance (Seven
  Champions Molly)\n\n
  				16.30 –  18.00     Advisory Council Meeting [In room
  at school]\n\n
  				17.00 >                 Dancing in Wrotham
  Square (in kit) and/or visit the pubs in the village\,
  depending on the weather.\n\n
  				18.15 –  18.45     Dancing outside the Rose & Crown
  to be joined by the Seven Champions\n\n
  				19.00 >                 FEAST at St George's

  				Go down the pubs or informal dancing in the Hall.\n\n
  				Sunday:\n\n
  				08.00 –  09.00  Full English Breakfast and departure OR
  If there are enough delegates interested we will organise a
  visit to Tonbridge.\n\n
  				This is some 8 miles from Wrotham and close to A21/M25 for
  a quick get away afterwards. We propose dancing in the High
  Street by the Castle\, with invited local sides and mass
  dances. This will be followed by Lunch and a Session in The
  Humphrey Bean\, a  Wetherspoon's pub but was very welcoming
  when we took it over during our 2012 Meeting of Ring Sides.

  PRESENTATION AND WORKSHOPS\n\n
  				1    Morris and Sword Dancing - an evaluation in the
  light of recent research. Presented by Brian Tasker. This
  presentation will be of interest to all those with an interest
  in the origins and development of the dances. It will include
  demonstrations to illustrate the points being made. There will
  be an opportunity for those attending to participate.\n\n
  				2    Melody\, Rhythm and Dynamics in Music for Morris.
  Do you think about how you will give the dancers the best\, or
  are you just pleased to get to the end of the tune? Presented
  by John Dewdney. John has played and danced with the Broadwood
  Morris Men for many years.\n\n
  				3    Molly Dancing\, Kentish style. Presented by The
  Seven Champions Molly Dancers. The Seven Champions are the
  inspiration behind most of today’s Molly dance sides. Their
  style and expertise has set the standard for other sides to
  follow and develop. This is an opportunity to learn from the
  experts. The Seven Champions will be attending the feast as
  guests of the Morris Ring.\n\n
