DESCRIPTION:Joint Morris Organisations 20th Anniversary Day of Dance in
  London\n\n
  \n\n
  \n\n
  \n\n
Tours: The morning tour spots are unchanged but the afternoon
schedule has been reworked and some new tour spots added so
please re-check your side's route and disregard the previously
circulated schedule and see attachments below.\n\n
   \n\n
Joining Instructions: For ease of reference\, in the joining
instructions document I have highlighted the amended text
yellow. In particular\, I draw your attention to the following
  changes:\n\n
   \n\n
  - If you realise your team will miss the morning dance
spot\, contact me on 07901767541 for instructions rather than
going directly to Trafalgar Square as there is a chance we will
not be able to dance there\n\n
   \n\n
  -  Trafalgar Square contingencies - The new schedule
contains an additional 1:30-3:00 tour spot which will only be
used if there is a problem with dancing on Trafalgar Square.\n\n
  \n\n
  \n\n
  \n\n
  \n\n
If we cannot use Trafalgar Square at all: If\, on the day\,
the authorities advise we should not use the square before our
booking starts\, I will contact the morning marshals and ask
them to hold sides at their morning dance spots for longer\,
take their lunch breaks\, then go to their contingency tour
  spot for 1:30.\n\n
If we have to leave Trafalgar Square early: If we begin
dancing on Trafalgar Square and are advised by the authorities
to leave/find it necessary to vacate the booked space\, we will
stop the dancing and tell sides to go directly to their
contingency tour spot and contact 07901767541 when they arrive.\n\n
  \n\n
  \n\n
  \n\n
  \n\n
   \n\n
  - The evacuation plan for Trafalgar Square is now to leave the
square in the direction indicated by the marshals and go to
your contingency tour spot\, contacting 07901767541 when you
  arrive. \n\n
   \n\n
  - At the end of the day\, return your collection bucket and
  vest to the Nag’s Head (10 James St\, WC2E 8BT\,
///mole.rips.maps)\, or give them to a side who is going there.
This is the same location as the Nag's Head dance spot.\n\n

  Dear all\,\n\n
   \n\n
Please see below the message from Nigel and the JMO committee.
Diane and I will circulate updated tour schedules and
  contingency information this evening.\n\n
   \n\n
   \n\n
Some teams have enquired about any potential effects of
demonstrations in London during the JMO London day of dance.\n\n
  \n\n
The JMO is aware that the Stop the War “Solidarity with
Palestine” demonstration will be marching past Trafalgar
Square during the JMO event there on Saturday 21 October.
Demonstrations in central London are of course common\, and we
have taken advice from the authorities\, and from local Morris
sides who have experience of dancing there. They all agree that
there should be no problem with the event\, and the Mayor’s
office have said that the Heritage Wardens on the Square know
we are coming and will engage with the police as required. The
event will thus continue as planned.\n\n
  \n\n
   \n\n
However\, we have made some changes to the existing plans
because of the route of the demonstration\, so please make sure
you are aware of the latest information.\n\n
