DESCRIPTION:The ARM will be at its now customary location of Oak Farm
  Hotel\, Hatherton (Watling St\, Cannock WS11 1SB).\n\n
  The previously circulated final drafts of a new constitution
  documents will be voted on at the ARM. We will also be
  electing our next Squire.\n\n

  At time of writing\, it has not been decided whether or not to
  have the option of electronic voting via the website\, as used
  this year for the Bagman election\, but we hope to be able to
  confirm plans in the next edition of the newsletter which
  should be coming out in early February. The next edition will
  also include the agenda\, officers’ reports and area reps
  reports as usual.\n\n
