DESCRIPTION:After some hard thinking\, deliberating and procrastination\, 
  we have decided to POSTPONE\, rather than cancel\, this year's
  event for the following reasons:\n\n
  1) Social distance Morris\, although possible\, is difficult.
  And trying to keep a load of fools and beasts 2m apart will be
  impossible.\n\n
  Even if restrictions are lifted by end if October\, which
  doesn't seem that likely\n\n
  2) we cannot police the audience to remain 2m apart\n\n
  3) and\, this was the deciding factor\,  the venue for
  accommodation\, ie the Scout hut\, is closed at least until
  next April.\n\n
  So\, we intend to postpone until the Spring\, poss early May.
  AND still hold one in October 2021 too!\n\n

  Open to all budding or experienced Fools\, Beasts and Morris
  Characters from any team from the Ring\, Open or Federation. A
  truly JMO event!\n\n
  This year's Unconvention would have been hosted by Plymouth
  Morris based at the Blindmans Wood Scout Centre\, 324 Outland
  Road\, Plymouth\, Devon PL3 5TB.\n\n
  The plan\, which will now be enacted in the Spring\,  was on
  the Friday\, to meet for drinks at the Golden Hinde pub
  opposite\, then repair to the venue for Supper. On Saturday
  morning\, we would be bussed into Plymouth for a walking tour
  to include the city centre\, The Barbican and the Mayflower
  Steps.  Feast to be at the Scout Centre. On Sunday we will
  have the AGM of course - your chance to have your say\, we will
  then dance somewhere afterwards – to be announced! Workshops
  and Demonstrations to be arranged. Accommodation is indoor
  camping\; there is provision for outdoor camping and Motorhomes
  but no hook-ups. Please indicate at time of booking if you wish
  to bring a motorhome.\n\n
  It is hoped the cost next year should still be £70 per
  person\, which is great value\, but we'll have to wait and
  see. This would include Saturday travel and all meals except
  Sunday lunch. Pro rata rates available for those who wish to
  attend part of the proceedings.\n\n
  More details and dates will be announced just as soon it is
  safe to do so.
